Does anyone have a direct email address to a person, or a different email they've had success with?

I should have mentioned that I'm not in America so calling isn't really feasible. Just hoped someone might have a specific email address rather than the generic "info" one.

OWD built my ring last Summer. Adam is the guy you will end up talking to. They get really really busy. Try Instagram messaging. Don't be afraid to send a couple of emails. The best way I got his attention was sending an email and then immediately calling and leaving a voicemail with my info and letting him know to look for my email that I sent. Just keep trying. He knows he's busy and he's really nice about you trying to get ahold of him many times, I promise.
