How to get email when someone replies to your topic?

I am in the process of buying a diamond ring and have a thread with some questions and would like an email notification. Is it possible? I read through the FAQ but no luck.

Hello,

At the top of your thread there will be a button that says "subscribe topic". Click that and you should get an email notification when new posts are made.
