HPD Diamond, Wolf/CBI Diamonds, Amanda Diamonds - Status?

Just noticed today that the stickied Warning Thread in RockyTalky about HPD and CBI is now gone -- it was there for months and must have been deleted just within the past day or two (please correct me if I am wrong about the thread deletion timing).

This was the prior thread posted in 2020:

And since Wolf/CBI came into creation earlier in 2021, and Amanda Diamonds more recently, both Wink and Paul are now apparently welcomed PS trade members with posting privileges.

If the prior legal dispute situation was serious enough for PS Admin to post the Announcement thread, for the stated purpose of protecting the PS community, it sure would be helpful to have an update or explanation as to why they are now able to be restored to activity on PS.

This thread raises a good question - what is required to become a preferred PS sponsor (Pricescope vetted vendor or sponsor)? I think the PS community would be interested to learn more about precisely what the prerequisites are to be considered, and what continuing investments are needed from the vendor - is that something @psadmin would be willing to elaborate on?

I agree. If it were serious enough for PS to take precautionary action
and
for PS to allow for Winks letter sent to past clients detailing the allegations against Paul to be publicly posted here twice

it should be addressed.
not just hidden.

They very well may have ‘worked it out’, but it leaves nothing but speculation as viewed from a consumer here.
Good speculation or bad.
Same as information that could be obtained by asking around off board - will it be good or bad, and towards whom?

@psadmin - in keeping with the public and prominently-placed PSAdmin Thread announcing the removal of sponsor vendor HPD, which PSAdmin stated was "to protect the PS Community," please advise of the facts and/or circumstances that persuaded PSAdmin it is now safe for the PS Community for PSAdmin to reinstate the sponsor vendor.

They probably need some time to figure out what they can and can’t say, and they might have other time commitments. It’s only two and a half days into the work week. Let’s give folks a week or two before worrying.

After reading through the other thread, If I'm understanding the situation correctly:

Wolf CBI is a newly vetted approved PS vendor and new subsidiary of Wolf Diamonds.

- Wolf Diamonds (parent company)
-- Wolf CBI (subsidiary)
---- Wink, Sr VP of Wolf CBI

HPD website sole content is to redirect to CBI.
CBI products can be found and purchased at Wolf CBI.
Wolf CBI is owned/operated by Wolf Diamonds (not HPD!).

HPD: High Performance Diamonds is no longer active, so the announcement no longer applies.

CBI: Crafted by Infinity was not a part of the announcement or dispute that came to our attention.

Wolf Diamonds: Wolf-CBI applied and qualified as a PriceScope vendor. Wink Jones accepted a job there and now posts in the forum on behalf of Wolf-CBI.
