I am sooo excited...

and I just can''t keep it inside any longer!!!!

SO and I ordered in a diamond with Whiteflash and I get to see pictures of it tomorrow! I can''t believe it. It is a cushion cut, so of course I am really nervous that although on paper sounds perfect, it just might not be. The vendor hasn''t seen it yet, so she will evaluate upon receipt and then let us know. I didn''t want to say anything until I had pictures to post but I can''t keep it inside anymore. I really didn''t think that this would happen for a few months, so I am in disbelief that things are rolling. I actually found the diamond and told SO about it, but he jumped on it immediately

We were laying in bed last night and I asked him if he would be looking at diamonds had I not been so into it myself, and he said he would have bought one already

That was a shocker! OMG I have butterflies in my stomach, I really hope that this diamond is the one!

I still don''t think we will get engaged for a while, especially because the setting I like will take about 6 weeks, but I am getting closer.

I also wanted to say thanks again to all the PS ladies, because as you can see, dropping the dramatic expectations on my ring is really paying off. My timeline is getting so much closer!!!

Thanks for sharing in my exctiement!!! I will share the specs and pictures tomorrow once I am sure we will get it, I promise. - I am always afraid someone will steal it away from me (I know its on hold but you just never know) I have heard a story or two about this happening on here and that until you have a deposit on it, not to let it leak. I trust all of you LsIW, but maybe not the lurkers!!!

Hope no one is offended, I just couldn''t bear it if it was the perfect one and somehow someone else got it!

I am seriously going insane right now! I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas and I just can''t handle it. I haven''t heard anything yet, but I am suppossed to get pictures of the diamond today. I emailed the vendor this morning, saying I was excited and to let me know when they have seen the diamond... but no response. I have refreshed my email like 200 times this morning. The vendor told me last week that they wouldn''t have pictures until Tuesday afternoon, but I thought at least they would confirm they received it. I don''t want to email again as I am afraid it would be irritating - I am just feeling so anxious - and everytime I refresh my email and nothing is there I get so dissapointed.

OOooo!~! I totally know how u feel! I''m waiting for a purple spinel that I ordered from Dan Stair to be custom-cut for me (not for e-ring though), and I''m really dying to see how it turns out! I''ve been checking my email like 100 times a day... Since urs is a stone for ur e-ring, u must be 1000x more anxious than me!

My excitement just turned to frustration. I still haven''t heard from them. The SA I am dealing with was out of the office yesterday and today. I was told I would have pictures today

They said the diamond isn''t in yet, but hopefully will come with their shipment in the afternoon - The receptionist said she would call me back when the receiver got back from lunch and that was over two hours ago. I don''t mean to be impatient, but I was so anxious I could barely sleep last night and it just seems so unfair. I specifically went with this vendor over another because it is a very trusted PS vendor. I am sure my SA didn''t plan on being out of the office, so I am not blaming her, but I hate when people don''t get back to you. I am venting, I''m sorry... I am just really dissapointed. Do you think I should call and ask whether they received it?

Well they called, and my diamond came in, but it was delivered late... so pictures tomorrow instead! They were great with the follow up - and I am very content now! There are some extrenuating circumstances with this specific vendor, and I didn't really put it together until I spoke with them again. (shame on me!)

So until tomorrow...

Thanks for checking in! I received an email this morning that will be ready today for sure!!!

My SA is going to try and sneak a peak before it goes in for pics, so I will post when I have news!!!

Thanks misskitty! My BF just told me last night that he isn''t going to let me see the diamond until it is set and he has proposed

He is going to hold it hostage!!! He promised to take pics of it loose, and in a way it makes it more exciting, but now I have to wait

Now the waiting begins for... when is he going to get it set and propose! I am going through all the LIW steps!!!
