I had this lovely dream...

so, in my blissful REM state last night, i dreamed that my bf concocted this heartfelt proposal in which he carted me around to various locales that were important to me, before presenting me with a beautiful proposal soliloquy and, of course, the the exact ring that i wanted. i awoke to the jarring reality that i have no idea when it''s going to happen! that''s pretty much all i have to say... i just needed to tell that story where it would be appreciated.

my only faint glimmer of hope is that he has in his possession a family diamond - it used to live in his sock drawer (i know, great place to keep it), and it no longer does. but, we recently moved in together and i''m pretty sure he''s just found someplace else to stash it. i''m 99% sure, in fact, that he has done NOTHING as far as progressing on getting it reset, etc.

I hate those dreams!...I mean I do wake up with a smile on my face and hearts coming out of my eyes

and then I feel my ring finger...yep, still empty!....just one of those things! hehe

Well...at least we are all in the same boat here!

I can totally appreciate proposal dreams! I''m so glad to know I''m not the only one who has them.

I had one dream that there was a fleet of buses parked side by side and as they started to drive past me, each of the advertisements on the sides of the bus pieced together "Will You Marry Me?" So then after I said yes, every once in awhile I would see one of the buses around town reminding me of the proposal. Strangest dream ever.

I''m glad that your dream was atleast more of your "ideal" proposal and not some crazy one!!!!
