I thought typically people used the ring guard as the band

I think a thin sapphire band would look really nice with it if you are thinking of adding on though. I know there is a link to some thin rings somewhere, I will see if I can find it.

What are your rings made of, gold or plat?

Also, did you want something that matches the milgrain work on the guard, or do you prefer something that''s designed more like the plain shank of the engagement ring?

If your ring is platinum, and you like the look of sapphires, Signed Pieces has some pretty rings:

This is on of their eternity ones w/ sapphires and milgrain work (in plat.)

Here is something more simple that''s more like the plain shank:

They have a bunch of stuff, especially if your ring is platinum.

Have fun choosing though! And come back to post the sparkly once you pick something

Ohhh I love the the second on that is beautiful do you think it would be to much to wear on same finger??? I love it and I love the price!! Thank you so much!!

It almost looks as if you are wearing two rings as it is. Have you considered wearing it as a stand alone ring. It''s lovely

Which one are you referring to?

To me the guard gives the illusion of a band on either side - therefore if you''re adding another, I''d try to keep it very simple - how about a thin plain band with the miligrain? I wouldn''t want to take away from the lovely look you already have. If you wanted to get a band and switch off between that and the guard then there are a miillion good options - including your sapphire/diamond idea, Just my opinion....

Thank you your ring is beautiful too!! I have. I do love the look of my ring I just really would like to have a band to go with it:)

Your ring is so beautiful I love it !!

The ring/set looks beautiful as it is. In my opinion, adding a band would look unbalanced but certainly, it''s up to you. See my avatar, it has a band on each side. How about wearing the wedding band on your right hand? Just my 2 cents.

Thanks you ring is really beautiful. I will take your 2cents in to concideration Thank you to everyone for all of your help!!!

I''m going to amend my comments about wearing only a plain ring. I think some of the antique wedding ring website COULD work well. Just try to keep some of the same elements like the round diamonds and the miligrain. I really like the one you mentioned liking, but I do see they describe the sapphires as "dark" - if they have to say that they must really be dark. Make sure there''s a good return policy. Best of luck!
