I just can''t seem to stick to a good weight loss/exercise plan! I do good for a while, then I "cheat" and its over for a few days. Or I miss the gym a day due to work and then i get lazy for the next few days. Ah!

You''d think my upcoming wedding would be good motivation...nope, Im just too lazy.

I''d like to know what fellow pricescopers who have lost weight or just maintain a healthy diet, tips and things that keep you on track, motivated, and not hungry!!!

PnP, a few things that I do is to 1) never deprive myself of anything, I find when I do this that I never crave something so bad that I end up binging. I just learn to eat the things I enjoy in moderation. 2) Try to make exercise fun (I know how difficult this can be), but instead of the weight loss try to focus on the health aspects and make exercising an intergral part of your daily life and set aside time for it as you do showering, brushing your teeth etc. Also, not everyday has to be a bust your butt in the gym kind of day, just try to do a minimum of 30 minutes of some kind of activity daily. For me I switch up between indoor/outdoor running or jogging, uphill walking/hiking, kickboxing, volleyball, swimming, pilates, step, weights etc. I just do whatever I feel like that day. 3) I RARELY weigh myself, maybe a few times in a year. Instead I track my measurements, this is more encouraging and also go by the way your clothes fit. The scale can be a terrible enemy! and finally, 4) if you haven''t already, take a multivitamin daily, it helps keep your energy up! Goodluck!

Hi PunchNPie:

I hired a trainer and she is really nice and keeps it motivating for me. I actually have days I like to go to the gym and flat out days I dread it. I always feel better when I go to the gym.

I am trying to make this a lifestyle change and I was told it takes so many days to break a habit, so I will see....

Only if I could change my DH too
