I need to share my excitement with someone!!

Ok, so here''s a little background first. So the BF and I know we will be engaged eventually and he gave me a very rough timeline of sometime in 2008. We both know the only thing holding us back is money, its important to him that he can be proud of the ring that I will wear and I wont argue with that! He has some extra cars that he wants to sell but he has been letting his brother drive them around and its always been a little joke that he better be extra careful with them because its my future ring hes driving around lol. I know his plans when selling some of these cars will be to pay off some debt and then buy my ring, thing is I dont know which one has priority in his head right now.

WELL, he sold one of the cars last night!! Im keeping my mouth shut about what he will use the money for first, but the second he told me the car was gone I had a mini celebration inside my head

Im hoping for a clue soon, but Im not saying a word til he brings it up. I know it will come eventually and at the very worst I have to wait a max of 7 months, but heres to hoping for the best!

Think of it this way... either way he''s one step closer to buying the ring. Even if he decides he need to pay off some debt first then that''s one step down! Paying off debt is very important so try to be happy for him and proud of him for "taking care of business" if he decides to do that first. It just shows that he''ll be a wonderful responsible life partner.

I personally want my Boy to pay off his debt before his buys me a ring. I don''t want to start off a marriage in debt, or at least to much debt.

KC- I hadnt thought about it that way. I was trying to figure out how I was going to avoid being disappointed, but now its like a win-win situation! Now Im even more excited! hehe
