Hello, Pricescope - New member here, I just joined today and this is my first post but I have done a lot of lurking and researching over the past few months and I have to post pictures to contribute to the community (thanks to all those that have posted pics, they really help when researching!)
I'll try to keep my story short and sweet -after five years of dating, I finally popped the question earlier this month and she said yes! We are both stoked! I knew that she liked Princess cut diamonds so thats what I got (well, pretty much). I went to the local Jeweler, and they sell a FireMark diamond, which is pretty much a patented cut Princess, its very sparkly and looks great. They had some bands that I knew she would like but I couldn't decide on one so I ended up getting a generic white gold presentation band. The jeweler said I could exchange it afterwards and she could pick out the band she wanted. The proposal evening was awesome, we had dinner, I surprised the hell out of her and then we went ice skating.
So, here it is - a Ritani 18K white gold band with pave diamonds all around the band and around the setting with wedding band to match. The stone is a 0.93 carat FireMark, I color and SI1 clarity I believe (too lazy to find the exact specs, I'll have to double check later). Hopefully these pics do it justice, I'll try to take some better ones later.
