Argh! I just typed a massive long post and when I submited it an error message came up, annoying!!!
So I will condesnse my story: I had been coveting a designer dress with a price tag of $7,500 since we became engaged. With the price though it was a "if I had a the money this would be my dress..but I don''t so get over it". I actually even thought that I could go to a dressmaker and have the design replicated and seeing if that made a significant difference in the cost.
Anyway, FI and I were walking along a side-street yesterday (somewhere we have never been/never would of gone if it wasn''t for a nagging sense of curiosity I had to look at a block of apartments at the end of the road) and lone behold in a bridal shop window is my dress!!! Well.. Kind of
There are a few differences such as the boning is visible on this dress and there are no embellishments or lace on the straps.. but it is very close!
So... I am going to try it on next week!!!!
This will be my first time trying on dresses so I am very nervous/excited!!!
