But it didn’t matter.. because he asked me and now we’re engaged!!!
I knew we were going away but I didn’t know where- he ended up chartering a yacht around Sydney Harbour. We sailed for around three hours before mooring in Elizabeth Bay. There was a fresh seafood platter for dinner with strawberries and chocolate, and a big breakfast of croissants, muffins and fresh yoghurt.
It was so romantic sailing around at sunset - the only negative part was the fact that we both had a lot of trouble finding our sea legs! After we moored I had to lie in the bed with my eyes closed because I felt so sick. Aaron started saying how he had come here with a purpose and even though we were sick he still wanted to ask me something.. then he said some really romantic things and we got in to bed feeling all sick and unwell!
We got up a little later and Aaron peeled me prawns and lobster and fed it to me while I was still lying down because I felt so unwell... and that is when I finally got a good look at my ring
It was so romantic, so special.. and so us, even getting sick didn’t ruin it
