Who have you used at ID Jewelry as a sales person. Not thrilled with the customer service. Wishing I had ordered elsewhere.

I used them once and they were very nice. The stones they sent me (earrings) that were supposedly ‘PS quality’ were not very good….one even had a feather breaking the surface (visually I could see it with my loop). I returned them without a hassle. I wasn’t impressed. It seems many others here have had good experiences though.

Both of my eternity bands were made by Yekutiel and I worked with him directly (and in person). Very happy with my experiences and purchases!

The only person I like working with is Yekutiel but he passes smaller projects off to other salespeople. I had so much hassle pricing a tennis bracelet last year and determining the exact number of stones, etc. It was really frustrating.

I think I am facing the same challenge. Now just mad with myself.

Call there and ask to speak to him. If he is not available, leave a message. I have never worked with IDJ but surely he would want to help you. Good luck!

I worked over email with some IDJ staff and it was like getting blood from a stone, and then they just stopped replying. I felt like they thought I was a pain when I had to ask multiple times for a price. I let it go.

I had called them one time about something and was told to place an order online. I was nowhere near ready to order as I had questions. I just decided they were probably not a good fit for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him though if I had a pending order. @Mayk deserves an answer!
