She took great pitty since I was battling the flu a couple of
weeks ago only to come down with Strep throat this week! Ugh.

She sent healthy treats to get me back on my feet! Ain''t she swell?

I feel for you...we all had the flu in my house last week, and I had a nasty case of strep last February, got it on Valentines Day as a matter of fact...the worst sore throat that I have ever had in my entire life!

That is so sweet! And yummy! I lucked out in that one of our clients gave us one of those (with the chocolate covered fruits, too), and I was the person who got to take it home! It was soo good. Feel better soon!

Mmmmmmmm.... nothing makes my 1st trimester mouth water these days, so I came into this thread fully prepared to back out quickly and think happy thoughts. But that fruit looks just wonderful... what a thoughtful way to send well-wishes.

the gorge-fest is over. DH is asleep on the couch, Angello is nowhere to be found, two others are running around
in circles, one is daydreaming and the rest of us are sitting back rubbing our satisfied tummies.
Sadly, we barely put a dent in this thing. That only means more yummy fruit for tomorrow.

(ofcourse who knows what will be left when my ds gets home tonight)

Aren''t they the best? I love those things! BF actually got me one last weekend for a date night because we hadn''t had a "proper date night" in a long time, and he got me the arrangement "just because".

Honestly, I prefer the fruit to getting flowers. And those chocolate covered strawberries? Way better than roses.

And for the record, my chocolate covered strawberries were gone the morning after I got it.

My mouth is indeed watering! That looks beyond delicious! What a sweet gift and a great pick-me-up! That''s just as pretty as flowers and way more delicious!

Side note-my mom loves to buy fruit salad from the Edible Arrangements place where she lives. They make it with the "scraps" of the pineapples and strawberries and also they throw some grapes and I think blueberries in them too. They are SOOOO good and I think they''re a good price, too.
