ILuvEmeralds custom EC ering is FINALLY here!!

Hey everyone,

Okay so after about 4 months of a lot of work with a local jeweler my FI and I FINALLY picked up our custom emerald cut ering a week ago this past Wednesday. I am so glad we took the extra time because it turned out EXACTLY as I had hoped.

Here are some details..... I''ll have to pull the cert out later to give you more specific cut details but I can tell you I have gotten more compliments this week on how this baby sparkles like mad!! Thank you to everyone who helped educate me on what makes a great and fab EC! It really paid off.

Center stone:
1.56 VVS2 F emerald cut

2 Side stones
.35 each G VS1 emerald cut

in the band
.10 (4 on each side) G VS1 princess cuts

the entire thing is set in platinum. We had my wedding band done at the same time, 12 .10 princess cuts set in channel that match flush to my ering. I''ll have to take more pictures later so that you can see it all together.

Hand shot....the diamonds don''t look yellow in real life. It was picking up the sweater I was wearing as well as the flash from the macro setting on my camera. I found out how HARD it is to take good shots of EC''s!! Whew!! Tough but FUN work!!
