I know there is a lot of issue w/ebay. Right now, just getting into colored stones, and with a very limited bugdet, i dont care if they are real, man made, or from ebay! They all sparkle and shine and are SO PRETTY! Man made, enhanced or not!

Eventually, when I can afford it, I'm going to spring for more expensive stones, that are natural, non-enhanced, etc. but for now, look at this 12.20 carat rainbow topaz! I like looking at them for fun! I can't wait until I can afford more!

In case you weren''t aware, you do have to be somewhat careful with those coated topazes because the coating can be scratched off. Enjoy your purchase though!

Will you set it? I think 12+ carats would be too big for a ring but maybe okay in a pendant.

Oh no! How careful do I have to be? I wasn''t planning on setting it (I have to see how big it is first!).
I just want it to play with in the sun and look at! It''s so unique!

What''s the "coating" they are using? Does it the coating do?

Those are fun! I have a 26ct one hanging from my rear-view mirror, it sparkles like crazy in the sunlight!

How did you hang it there? Mine''s loose, so I suppose I could go get some craft jewlery metal and just twist away eh?
