I't's not really bad news, it's just that he's not really progressing as the doctors have hoped--he's 10 months old, he's home, but he's still being fed with a gastric tube and has an oxygen tube. Doesn't have the sucking urge and had no idea what to do with the Cheerio my neice tried to give him. He's not sitting up yet. And there a whole host of problems that they have chosen to keep to themselves which we totally respect.
In spite of all the trials and setbacks the little guy is constantly smiling. I am going to ask my neice if she is OK with me posting his picture so you can all see what a special little guy he is.
