Hi ladies! Hope everyone has been well. Today was my first full day back at work so I thought I would check in. The wedding has come and gone and I can''t even begin to tell you how relieved I am. I would have love to say that the wedding week went off without a hitch, but then, it wouldn''t be our wedding
.
The short version: I got mango poisoning after I told the bartender that I was allergic of mangos--she went ahead and used mango liquor anyways (I swelled up huge, broke out into hives on my face and arms, and couldn''t breathe), my brother and DH''s sister started WWIII on the Wed before the wedding which caused FIL and Uncle In-law to get involved which turned everything into chaos and tense. And lastly, when we arrived at 5am at the airport to head to our honeymoon we found out that our flight was canceled and moved to the day before--our wedding day--without notice or anything. After begging for over an hour we got bumped up to business class and had to run to board the plane since it was leaving in less than 10 minutes
, luckily we made it! The honeymoon was great, but DH was in so much pain all week and then it was almost unbearable during the honeymoon--he had another appointment today. Dr wants him back in for another epidural and MRI on Tuesday
. We are still hoping for the best
Through all the mishaps and tantrums and whatever else, we survived! Now we are husband and wife so that''s all we could have asked for
. Here are a few pictures that our friends took of our day! Enjoy!
