I really thought I would be on the ladies in waiting list for another year but I had a surprise engagement yesterday!
We live in Central Florida and my DF (!) nephew and wife are in town to golf. It''s also his nephews birthday, so we planned on going to a Epcot and having a nice dinner. We walked toward the Paris section in Epcot and we stopped to take a picture on this bridge. After taking the picture, he pulls a little Eiffel Tower with a ring around the top. I was completely shocked and all these people were watching.
I couldn''t speak for what seemed like 30 seconds but of course squeaked out a yes. I''ve since learned that everyone knew, including a few of my girlfriends.
The moral of the story, is after four years and sharing a home together, there still can be surprises.
