OK..... where to begin? I want to say sorry to any of the people I may have offened reguarding the Waffle House wedding. I feel like I have completly misrepresented myself and what i'm about. I'm NOT a mean person. By no means am I retracting what I said; I said what I said and I can't take those hateful things back! I feel as though I have been a LARGE contribitor in making this discussion get out of hand. Just.. a little background about what sparked my fire.........My ex'es family was all rednecks (i'm not judging here, they would literally tell everyone and were very proud of it!) they were the most judgemental people I have ever met!!! They constantly put my family and I down. They thought it was so funny to call me Paris Hilton and stupid stuff like that./www.pricescope.com/idealbb/images/smilies/40.gif[/img] i'm not very good at expressing my opinions and conveying my thoughts on this board. i say things sometimes without thinking about other people and how i come off to people. i do admit i do sometimes come off very rude and mean, but (most of the time

Ok, here is my confession. This might fall in the category of "If it doesn''t hurt anyone, don''t tell", but I wanted to get it off my chest because I feel awful.

I was completely taken aback by your comments on that topic. I won''t list the mean things I thought about you, but I have to mention that I went as far as collecting all of your comments that I found offending. I meant to post it and highlight it on that topic with the intention of showing you what kind of views you were portraying.

How is that for judgmental? With that one topic, I completely neglected your previous posts here at PS. Of course you would never say anything with a mean spirit. I remember who you are on PS, and you are always nice. Even then, I was singling you out as the contributor for starting the fire, even though there were people saying the same thing, and people attacking the opposite view in harsh manners.

What I''m trying to say is, even though you didn''t know it, I''m sorry for doubting your character. I was very judgmental, and I had no right to be. All I can say is I''m glad I didn''t do what I was intending to do. I''m glad I''m a wuss.

Maybe I shouldn''t have said this, but it''s been bugging me.

Its not always easy to express yourself, true to form, with written words...especially in a forum, where words are not always thought out and once you hit submit, those words are read instantaneously. Some people have a knack for diplomacy, always saying the right things. Others, like myself, don''t. What I mean is, most of us say stupid things at some point, and it should be okay. Nothing wrong with having different view points or different likes/dislikes...imagine if we all liked the same things? How boring would that be?

As long as we don''t set out to dismiss, demoralize or judge one another, its all good in my book. In other words, don''t lose sleep over it girly.

Hi! It''s me. I understand where you are coming from. Not in the "redneck sense" but having those old feelings bottle up and make you explode. Sadly, not too many of us on here know each other in IRL. If they did, I''m sure they would think of us much differently! It''s hard to really know us over this internet contraption!

I gotta say I logged on here this AM at work looking for the thread and was like WTF it''s GONE!!! WAA!!!! Gee, I wonder what else happend after 5PM EST last night!! OK no drama here at work today - guess I gotta WORK.

Anyhoo.....I have really noticed how easy it is to get out of hand, on any boards. Most people like to "defend their position" and I am a notorious debater (by nature) and have been accused of always needing the last word. Who ME???

Bottom line is: I could never hate anyone on PS. ESPECIALLY YOU because everytime I look at your avtar:
1.) You look EXACTLY like one of my very good friends, and
2.) You BF looks EXACTLY like my ex boyfriend! (in a good way)

So....

I get told all the time I look exactly like someone, including mannerisms. haha I guess I have many twins! The ex thing is kinda odd. Hopefully its not the same guy! haha

I am sorry too! I can''t say yesterday was a shining moment for me! I read through some of my posts at the end of the day and they didn''t always represent me, or what I was trying to say. I think when your blood starts to boil you just get on a rant. I am glad it was deleted, but I wonder how bad it got after I left work. I am glad we can debate and have different opinions, but I did sound a little judgemental I have to admit

Honestly I felt like I had to defend my position, AND was raised in a family where everyone debates (well, my father just argues he''s always right). I hate arguing like that in person, and online it takes a little more time.. but it gets to the point usually where I just leave because I get so upset about the arguing vs debating!!

HA! Im thinking the same thing. While I was here yesterday, I didn''t go into the thread because I wasn''t around here for very long yesterday.

So.....Awwww I missed it. Im not quite sure what happened and what not but it is very easy to type what we think without thinking about what we have said or even if others will take it differently than what we mean sometimes. Im sure all is good headoverheels!!!!!! Chin up now.

How is it I wonder, that some specific threads or images come up on google search? Is it just a random thing?
