In search of a jeweler who can make threadless earrings

Hi All - I just purchased a loose diamond (dutch marquis) and I want to turn it in to an earring to wear on my tragus... I am looking for a jeweler who can help me do this and create an earring with a threadless back... (pics below to help explain threadless earrings for those who may not know).
