In Search Of: Diamond bezel-set pendant necklace!

Hello, I am searching for a Tiffany & Co Elsa Peretti Diamonds by the Yard bezel-set diamond necklace, OR an equivalent piece from a different brand/retailer. I'm looking for quite a small diamond, around 0.05 carats (could be flexible on this!), similar to what you see below.

I just posted on the Jewelry forum, requesting opinions and help regarding what I should do about obtaining a piece like this, and they suggested asking on this forum for a pre-loved piece for sale.

I am flexible, but bonus points if the culet is protected, and not poking the skin like the Tiffany & Co model, or if the diamond is a super-ideal, as was suggested on my previous post.

I have a 6-prong set diamond solitaire necklace in 18k YG.

The diamond is GIA certified, 0.3 CT, 4mm, I, VVS. The setting was made by DK. The back is smooth and flat, with 2 tiny drain holes for easy cleaning.
