Now I’m back but looking for diamond studs.

Price range: $2500-3000 for diamond and setting

as close to 1 ctw (budget prohibits 1 ctw)
excellent cut
I color
Round
Eye clean

Would also like an upgrade policy

You'd have to see if you can upgrade from pre-loved since you say that you want that ability.

I think the Whiteflash upgrade policy only extends to the original purchaser. You can call and double check with them though.
