IndyLady''s Barry Ruby in LOGR

Here is my Barry ruby in a 14k LOGR mount. I am so excited to be sharing this ring with you all because I have always wanted a ruby ring. It is my birthstone and my mother's, and I grew up watching her wear her ruby RHR 24/7. I think she wears it partially for luck, and partially out of habit, but it certainly made an impression on me growing up. I have to thank Barry so much for this ruby, because this is a ring I've wanted to make for a long time and I can't imagine the ring or the experience getting to it being any better.

The ruby is a beautiful red; it looks best in incandescent light and doesn't any have fluorescence. It tends to look purple in pictures, and darkens a lot in indirect sunlight. I think its a nice ring for the night.

The setting is a simple LOGR solitaire mount in 14k yellow gold with upgraded diamonds.

I only have one picture, please don't stone me!
