Hi All,
I have decided to do DIY programs for our wedding. With all of the front/back printing and such, I''m wondering if it would be bad to laser print the first copy, and then simply photocopy the others... Has anyone done this? I don''t know if the quality would be compromised, but it just seems like such a pain (and use a lot of ink!) to print each one separately. I would like to use high quality paper to make them nice, but don''t want to ruin it with the photocopying!
Thanks!

Hmmm. Personally I would be wary of using a photocopier for this purpose. Even if you could clean the glass, you don''t know what kind of shape the toner and other moving parts of the copier are in. There could be smudges or blurry lines, and less than perfect lettering on your materials.

I would have them printed at Kinkos, or print them yourself.

I would print them yourself if you are happy with the way your printer prints. If not, give a place like Kinkos ago, although they can be expensive.

I printed our programs front and back using my ink jet with no problems. Do like 25 copies at a time until you get all the fronts done, then flip over and repeat with the back. Its pretty easy.

Do not photocopy them! They will look blurry. Print them individually.
