1.22 Potential cut issues, look between the arrow shafts both sides of the arrow near 12 o'clock. Its not conclusive but I am leaning towards it being an issue.
1.23 blue nuance and some cut issues.

HPHT on the lower $$$ of the market is often going to have blue nuance.

Some people are more sensitive to it then others but in general yes because when it gets to the point it real clearly shows up on the spin videos its all ready noticeable.
