Hi everyone--I am looking at a lovely backyard covered in a foot of snow. It is so beautiful! It reminds me that spring is around the corner, though, and I need to clean out more jewelry to prepare for a career move. If anyone is interested or would like more photos, weights, etc., please let me know.
First, I have a pair of exquisite 18kt yg earrings with small pink tourmalines in the centers. One of the tourmalines seems to be a slightly darker color (or could be dirt--I did a quick clean, but not extensive), but otherwise, I really love the scrolling effect on these. I suppose the center stones could be taken out and tiny diamonds or other CS could be substituted if you wanted to upgrade the look. They are signed "C. Silvera" for Carol Silvera, and "750" for the gold. It's a shame to let these go, but I never wear them. Sorry about the large picture--the tourmalines are much brighter pink than in the photo.
Next, I have a pair of Costco huggies. You know, the ones that are 1.45 tcw with 5 stones each, very sparkly, 5/8 of an inch long. This one hurts because I wanted them so badly, but I once again have never worn them. I do take them out from time to time to admire the fire, however.
Next up is a pair of 18kt and turquoise (unknown if stabilized, but I would assume so) Faraone Menella hoop earrings. I really don't know what I was thinking when I got these, frankly. When I try them on, I get the giggles. They are not my style at all, but I thought maybe a PSer could pull them off with panache! They have the RFMAS hallmark (which again starts me giggling when I think of all the phrases that could go in there!):
That's it for now, but I have a whole lot more coming soon, especially my "Bye buy bai bands" edition. You can reach me via LT at:
