We''re a bit behind as far as invitations go. We had them picked out, but not ordered and I''m really glad now that we didn''t order yet. Last night I was looking through the site that Oshinbreez posted in my jewelry box thread and found invitations that I''m in love with! I liked the other invitations, but I feel like these are perfect! We''re going to do them in black writing with the red ribbon and the black lined inner envelope.

My mom said she''s a little worried that the response cards are folded. They have the "LOVE" design on the front and then the inside has the response card part. She thinks people won''t understand that it''s the response card. I told her that people will know that they have to respond and they''ll see there''s an additional card and it won''t be hard to put 2 and 2 together.

What do you guys think?

The link doesn''t work!

I don''t think the folding card will confuse them. Mine is folded so that the writing is on top and then empty inside, which I think is a little weird, but I think either way, people will figure it out.

Robbie,
I think they are very pretty- and definitely no worries on the response card-
a) people will know there is supposed to be one
b) even if they don''t, wouldn''t you open the card to see what was inside? and then they''ll see!

Oh, and now you have me looking thru the site as well, we haven''t ordered either, and I thought I had a final choice, but now i see some very pretty ones here!

I was pretty excited about the jewelry/trinket boxes I ordered, so I thought I should see what else they had. I''m so glad I did because these invites are cheaper and I haven''t seen anything like them anywhere else. I love how the letters are like the first letter in a story book.

Anyone silly enough not to open the folded card and see the info inside probably wouldn''t be able to get themselves to the wedding anyway.

It shouldn''t be a problem!

Haha that was my thinking too, but I figured if I was wrong about the picture pocket watches for the guys I could be wrong about this too.

I don''t think you''re wrong about this one! I think they are very pretty and unique and people will see the card is folded, open it and realize it''s the response card.
Nothing to worry about!

hehehe, I just got an image in my head of somebody getting a birthday card that was obviously a joke, wondering where the punchline was (ahem...open the card)

The worry about the RSVP card is definitely unfounded. Match point goes to you on this one, Robbie, even if FI got the one for the watch photos.
