Is it ideal?

Hello,

Buying my first natural diamond for the ring.
The store declares it as ideal cut.
It's an image from AGS certificate.
I put arrows pointing red areas on the third image(guess it's heart image). Which bothers me most.
Are those red (brightness) areas OK for ideal cut?
