Is this 30 carats Zambian emerald with heavy inclusions worth buying??

When I first looked at the pics, I thought I was looking at an Obsidian as it is so dark as well as included.

So a definite "no" from me.

And welcome to PS.

Welcome to PriceScope!

It's hard to tell much from the photo, but it doesn't look promising. Are you even sure it's an emerald?

Not all emeralds are valuable! A stone can be a genuine natural emerald (beryl coloured green by chromium or vanadium) but worth next to nothing.

Whether this stone is worth buying depends on what you want it for and how much it costs. It could be interesting as a specimen, at an appropriate (i.e. very low) price,

Be aware that any 30ct emerald of 'fine jewellery' quality is going to cost serious money - six-figure dollars minimum.

To answer your question, @Starstruck8 put it best. It depends on 2 things... how much you like what you're seeing and the cost. The dark pine green shade and the fact that the stone is probably more filler than beryl should dictate a lower value. I wouldn't pay more than a few bucks per carat. Good luck!
