Is this a decent emerald?

I wouldn’t consider any emerald without a reputable lab report indication treatment levels. It’s too hard to discern emerald quality from photographs.

Closed back (or big window) and surrounded by pave? Even with much better photos, it would be very hard to say much. I agree with @T L above. In this case, even a report would not tell you that it's pretty in person -- for that you need a strong return policy, too.

Agreed.

…and they’re also making convincing synthetic emeralds with natural looking inclusions, hence another reason for the lab report.
