Is this Cartier Ring Authentic, help!

Can someone help identify the authenticity of this love ring?

I bought the Cartier love ring in the classic model online from an eBay seller who is reputable as they have 20+ stores in Japan as well. I received the ring today, however what threw me off was the circles on the ring as they seemed too big/wide compared to the authentic Cartier rings I have seen online. I understand that the serial number and engravings on the inside are different depending on where it is manufactured and when, etc but it is stamped 750 in the small little pattern on the left of the Cartier logo. The last photo refers to an example of a real Cartier ring on the left and the one I have right now is the photo on the right (a bit blurry but you get the gist of it when looking at the size of the circles). Would appreciate anybody’s help!
