In July, while helping my son pick out a necklace for his girlfriend at Tiffany & Co, I tried on a beautiful channel set band and fell in love with the style! My husband agreed to let me begin my search for the perfect band (the T&C band was beautiful, the price tag was too high!) Although it had been quite some time since I''d visited Pricescope, this was where I started my research.
After looking at lots of pictures, I decided to go with Brian Gavin Diamonds for the band. Of course, after getting access to BGD''s portal and seeing all of the beautiful work that they do, we also decided to go for the ''final'' re-set of my e-ring -- I love the ''Truth solitaire'' and thought it and the new eternity band would complement each other.
Before going on, I have to say that Lesley and Brian at BGD are AWESOME!! I found them to be knowledgeable and so responsive - and BGD''s workmanship is impeccable!
The only glitch in the process was with my diamond...on examining my diamond before unmounting it, BGD found that it was chipped. They were so nice - sent me pictures and gave me options. Thankfully, I am insured with Jewelers Mutual - they were also very responsive and made the process of replacing my diamond easy! I have no idea how I could have chipped my diamond. I''ve always worn my rings 24/7 but now will probably take my rings off when I go to the gym, do housework, etc.
Anyway, I got the attached pictures from Lesley today and will get my rings tomorrow! I am so excited, and I''m also very thankful for all of your pictures and postings that helped me throughout my decision process!
