it happened, he finally proposed!
i thought it would never happen. for the longest time i know that my BF had the ring, but then he got sick. for the last week he''s been in the hospital and i thought we would never have a chance to be alone.. yesterday he got discharged and so we went out to eat. it was wonderful.. he teased me the whole dinner. he brought another box that had a broken necklace in it...(a whole other story) and he kept playing with it.
but then at the end of dinner he knelt down and asked me if i would marry him! oh course i said yes. then we went back to his house and his mom, who knew all about it, looked at my ring and gave me a big hug. the ring is beautiful. it''s platium with one large stone, two medium stones on either side and then three tiny stones on each side. i''ll try to put some pics up tonight or tomorrow. even though i haven''t posted much on this board before, i''ve read almost everything and have been lurking for a long time...
