It''s Done! - Aqua in Vatche Swan Setting

I am soooooo excited!

I had worked through WhiteFlash to set my BB round cut Aqua in the Vatche swan setting with modified shanks. Vatche himself customized for me. The ring arrived at WF today and all I have are some pictures. Can''t wait to see the ring but it will probably be another week as I am waiting for WF to finish my other ring.

Wow! The Swan is one of my most favourite settings - especially for a lovely blue-ish stone, and I have never seen it with such a large stone before and always wondered what it would look like - it is absolutely beautiful!

I fell in love with the swan since I saw my friend''s e-ring, which I helped her to put together. I was not sure about the swan for the aqua though, due to the aqua''s size. WF staff encouraged me to go with it and I am so glad that I did! The original design has a more delicate looking shank with two rows of smaller diamonds on each shank, I requested to change it to one row of larger diamonds so it is more proportional with the center stone.

I promise lots of pictures when I get the ring, and hopefully PS 2 is up by then - if we will ever get it that is.
