OMG, I am sooooooooooooooooo excited. The custom E-ring that I ordered for my sweetie is finally done!!!! It took me four months to find a setting and diamond that I liked and I will have the finished product in my hands tomorrow! I have to give major kudos to all of you PSer’s that helped me pick out my center stone and for all of the invaluable advice that I received over the past 3 months while trolling these boards. The Lord only knows what kind of overpriced piece of crap I would have placed on my baby’s finger (I was this close to going the eBay route, perish the thought) if I hadn’t of stumbled across this message board and got diamond educated prior to purchasing my E-ring. Also, I have to give a major, huge, tremendous shout out to Bob at www.Whiteflash.com for taking the time to work with me and deliver EXACTLY (actually better) what I was looking for. I cannot give enough props to him and Whiteflash for the professionalism and great product that they deliver. It must be said though that I would have never have found this company if it weren’t for you guys and the wonderful reviews that you posted. You can now add me to that list of satisfied customers. Ok ok, now that I have given credit where credit is due lets get down to the details. The stone is a 0.763 G SI2 ACA super ideal cut with hearts and arrows (I’ll include the exact measurements when I get the ring as I don’t remember them now). The setting is platinum with custom triangular cutouts and 18k gold scroll work added to the sides (the cutouts and scroll work were my idea, hehe). The final product is displayed below and I think they did an absolutely fantastic job! Please let me know what you think. Well, all that is left is for the proposal, wish me luck!!!! I’ll report back with the results.
