J E Caldwell is closing 7 of its stores

Caldwell''s is a very old and respected jeweler in the Philadelphia area. They''re closing 7 of their stores, including the one in Ardmore and the one in the King of Prussia Plaza. (The store in the Court at KOP will stay open.) They''re having a 30 to 50% off sale, and there are some good deals. The same company that owns Caldwell''s also owns Bailey Banks & Biddle. Some of the SA''S think they''ll probably end up at a BBB store, but they don''t know anything definite yet.

I know MB, so sad. I still miss the Philadelphia store, as I worked there for many years... Have you been to the restaurant that is there now? We went a couple of weeks ago with DD. I was happy they didn''t change the interior too much... I have such fond memories...

Hi, Kaleigh. I haven''t eaten in that restaurant, but I''m glad they kept most of the interior. I think the district attorney has offices in part of the building, too.
