James Binnion Custom Billet Mokume Gane Wedding Band

Finally got my wedding band. Been on pins and needles since I ordered it, and had some hiccups during shipping (all Fedex's fault), but I have finally taken possession.

Ever since I saw Mokume Gane, I really liked it (have always loved it in Japanese knives). Ever since I saw JB's work, I have been in love but wan't sure if I could justify the cost. But my FI pushed me to get what I want, and I'm glad I did. It is awesome.

It is a custom billet of Platinum, Palladium 500 and sterling silver. It is 8mm wide, and its a 12.5. It is a little big on me, so might have to get some sizing beads put in.

Since I really liked the Mokume Gane and She likes thin bands, I decided to get melee FIP FCDs to put in each of our rings, and that is the matching element.
