jewelers mistake

Hey guys. I need some help.

I Gave my girl a platinum ring about two weeks ago. We had it resized from a 7 to a 6.

When we got it back, the jeweler had messed up and dropped it from a 7 to a 4.

Now the jeweler (KAY) is up-sizing it back from a 4 to a 6. My question is, what problems do you folks forsee with this large of a change...if any?

Don't be offended but Id return it for your money back.

I PMd you about this but Kay doesn't employ anyone remotely adept at doing these things. We had quite a fiasco there a few years back I seriously wish that people would quit going there and let them go out of business. It took a lawyer drafting a letter and paperwork for a civil lawsuit for them to finally refund our money due to their service people's inability to size a ring and leave it looking remotely like a ring and having a ring size metal stick thing and one of the 4 rings they destroyed thrown at me by a regional manager.
