Hi everyone! I''ve normally been just a lurker on this site, but after posting a few pics of my ring out there, I was encouraged to start my own thread. So, here I go! Sorry if you''ve seen some of these pictures before!
Specs--Engagement ring: 1.23 G SI1 Radiant in platinum x-prong band (I don''t have all the specs readily handy, but can share later).
Wedding band: .45 F VS Channel Princess in platinum

I didn''t really clean the rings well before these pictures, but you get the idea! I just want to thank everyone on this site for being so nice and supportive. I did not discover Pricescope until after my husband had chosen my engagement ring, but he did a great job!

Now, I''m just drooling over everyone''s rings for future anniversary gift ideas!

I love all your pictures! Such a photogenic ring and stone. It really looks great on your hand. I''m glad we convinced you to start your own thread!!! Just curious, what are your (or your husband''s) reasons for choosing a radiant cut? And how do you like your setting? I think I might get a similar setting for the radiant that I will eventually have. :)

I LOVE that setting with a radiant!

It looks just like the Tiffany Lucida ring! Did you post on that thread? You should! Your wedding band is absolutely perfect with the e-ring. You made a terrific choice!

Gorgeous. All these radiants around PS are really making me want one! I also love the wider shank on the e-ring.

BEAUTIFUL!!! I love it! It looks SO good on your hand!

Beautiful!!! Classic with a twist, and better than the tiffany lucida.

Hands down, favorite set. I''m having my princess cut reset in an x-prong (I think) and my wedding band looks just like yours. So it''s nice to see what my rings could potentially look like! Love it!

Love, love, love it!

Thanks to everyone who responded! I really do love the set...

CrownJewel -- Thanks so much for convincing me for starting a thread

I was the one who persuaded my husband to look into radiants. I really wanted a square shape, but didn''t want a Princess because I feared what my clumsy self would do with the pointed corners. And, of course, I saw Tiffany''s Lucida and fell in love (but not with the pricetag). I thought it was a great compromise. And the setting is perfect for me. i have somewhat long fingers, so I really wanted a setting that was more substantial (yet simple) on my hand and I think it really worked out great. You should get a radiant soon! And share pictures!

diamondseeker2006 -- Thank you! Are you referring to the recent Lucida x-prong thread? I guess I should post on that one too!

lizz, facetfire, kcoursolle, ellen -- Thank you SO much! It really is flattering coming from you guys as you all have such gorgeous rings!

february2003bride -- Again, I am really very flattered. I would love to see your future reset! I''m sure that it would be absolutely beautiful!

I''m glad that I was able to provide you a glimpse into the (perhaps) future!

Gorgeous! Looks like a Lucida set straight out of the pages of Tiffany. YUM!

It''s fabulous!! Hey, our erings look like twins

FireGoddess--Thank you so much! I''m very happy with how the ring turned out

CT026--I remember when you initially posted your ring(s) and I thought the same thing!! Although yours would be my ring''s big sister! Maybe one day I will be able to upgrade to a larger size. Hee hee...

BlingDiva--LOL, I''m glad you guys convinced me to start my own thread! If anything, it might make it easier for others to take a peek if they''re interested in the whole "look". I wish I knew more about where exactly the setting is from, but I do know my husband purchased the diamond and the setting from a jeweler in Chicago in the jeweler''s row area. I''ll try to find out more if i can! Thanks again for all the compliments!!

lovely rings jfo

I''ve always loved that mounting

Rosebud, Molly and Sevens One -- Thanks, ladies! I appreciate the compliments! With all the gorgeous rings (and pictures) around here, it''s always nice to hear. Plus, it''s been fun trying to play around my new camera!

Hi jfo,
I know you mentioned it on one of your other threads, but I can''t find it...what size is your ring? And do you have the other dimensions (length, width, depth)? I''m just trying to gauge what that size might look like on my hand. Thanks in advance!!

Hi CrownJewel,
I don''t have my specs with me--they''re at home, but I did find my old post with the dimensions: 6.07 x 6.04 x 4.07 mm
I wear a size 4 ring, so I hope that helps. I can post again when I get home and can give you more info!

As I was reading the measurements I was thinking, yeah, but it looks HUGE! Then I saw the next sentence about size 4 ring. It does look so nice on your hand. I like your princess band with it, too. Very nice.

Love the fire in this one. Don''t love how dusty/scratched the platinum looks. Nor the weird way the diamonds look in my wedding band
