Jubilant about round Jubilee cut diamonds?

I recently discovered a hybrid of diamond that I'd never seen before. It seems to be a cross between a rose cut and modern round brilliant. It turns out that this diamond is called a jubilee cut diamond, famed for being created in honor of Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee in 1897. It seems to be pretty rare to come across this diamond cut although I'm not sure if this is because it appears to have a point in the smack middle of the table! I find it oddly appealing and wondered if I'm alone in this? How would one grade light performance in a diamond like this 1.68 H VVS2 diamond?

That is a pretty cut.. Where would you even find one?

I've never seen one in person! In fact, at first I think I was thinking it was a "crown of light" cut, and then remembering it shared a name with a line of square brilliants, so I Googled ... fascinating history behind the cut! Details 3/4 down the page ....

That diamond is ridiculously pretty. I love the faceting pattern.

What a special cut! I had never heard of this cut before. What a unique stone.

Leakage can be detected with an ASET, I would think. I think it is potentially really pretty and very unusual, but I would want it for an extra ring (or pendant, maybe) and not my e-ring.

I think it would a great conversation starter! I like the idea of it as a pendant or a pretty cocktail ring :)

Very interesting stone!

Would look AWESOME as a pendant.

Okay. I have to admit I am dying to see more angles of this stone. I don't think I've ever seen a stone like this.

I have jubilee cut gemstones but never seen a diamond! Cool!

A pointed crown facet ... I can see that being nicked and chipping away at a pretty fast rate.

I remember that Gabriel Tolkowsky also has a similar cut diamond where the top of the diamond is pointed. I think it was called Spirit Sun or something like that.
