Here are the pics of my fiancees new ering. Pictures are courtesy of Good Old Gold. It is 100 times better in person. It sparkles like crazy and looks very white. Thanks to Jonathan and his crew for doing an excellent job in helping me to find the perfect ring for my budget. The diamond is a .76 H VS1 Jubilee and I can''t say enough good things about it. Bare with me while I try and post pics, this is new to me.

As soon as I have some pictures taken with my camera I will get them posted. The ring is awesome, I'm not sure any picture will do it justice.

Congrats! I was wondering if the buyers of the other Jubilees were going to go 'public!'

I like all diamonds. I love the ones with hearts and arrows. That jubilee is gorgeous. Congrats on being one of the first ones to take the plunge. Your ring is truly beautiful and very elegant.

Is this cut a square cut with round cut qualities? I'm not familiar with this one. Educate me someone!

That is a beautiful rock by the way! Congrats!

Thanks for all the nice comments. I am extremely satisfied with the way that the ring turned out. GOG made this a very pleasurable experience and did an excellent job helping me find the perfect diamond for my budget.

Hey bmac197,

I hope this is not asking a really sensitive question, but how much did that ring cost? The carat size of that diamond is about the size I'm looking for and I love the way that Jubiliee sparkles. It's the ideal middle ground between a round and a princess diamond.

Thanks for the lovely pics

Thanks for the kudos BM. Your kind words are appreciated. What is another fascinating thing about your diamond ... to get that *size* in a princess cut (5.5mm square) you would have had to purchase a 1ct size stone and to find a princess with the brilliance that that Jubilee has would be akin to finding a needle in a haystack. Please send my regards to the Ms.

Kind regards,
Rhino & the GOG staff

Very cool,

I'm pleasantly surpised by how much I really like that look!

I love that you chose a setting that shows off the "squareness" of the stone. It's absolutely GORGEOUS!!!

I can't believe how amazing that spread is! My 3+ carat princess doesn't seem much bigger! Can't wait until I can afford one of those jubs! Your G/F is one lucky girl!
