They had an estate area and I saw this unusual ball pendant that grabbed my attention.

It makes a sweet little tinkling jingle when it moves. It doesn’t match anything on this webpage, but it doesn’t seem that anything is missing on the pendant. ?

How should I care for this piece? It doesn’t seem tarnished in any area that I can see. I love the length of the chain.

Unique and lovely! Get an anti-tarnish jewelry bag, or a box lined with anti-tarnish material, to store it in. Target sells Hagerty silver care stuff, or just google for other options. You can also buy flannel lreated with a tarnish preventer and make your own storage bags etc, but it's hard to find in reasonably attractive colors. If you travel with it, storing the chain separately from the pendant will help prevent fine scratches.

Really nice! I love Scandanavian jewelry designs.
Great find!

So unique and lovely. Just be careful if you decide to “run for the bus” or similiar. That’s a sizable piece and if it bounces up and hits you in the face - ouch! I just use a silver cloth on my silver pieces, I find they tarnish fairly quickly so I give them a polish before I wear them. Keeping an anti tarnish cloth in the box with it will help a lot.

I’ll zip into Target this week to see what they have! I have owned very few sterling silver pieces in the last, and non of them as nice as this one seems to be. I do have just the pouch for traveling with it, thanks for that reminder!

I’ve recently been reading about Georg Jensen, and I think that’s why this caught my eye. It didn’t look like his style, but the bold clean lines (curves!) did!

My little Blitz dry cloths also list that they’re safe for silver, so I’m glad to know I can use those. It is not heavy or uncomfortable when worn, but it is pretty sizable. I think it’s hilarious that the company calls them “magic balls,” it suits the line!

Love this! It's super unusual!
