I’m writing here because I have heard that LT communication does not always work. If someone wants to buy somethng, do you get an email from LT? Or do I have to put my email in the description?

Sometimes LT communication works, sometimes it doesn't. I put my e-mail in the listing to be certain but if it does go through you'll get notified in your e-mail.
