It really depends on what it looks like after the heating. Kashmir sapphires are known for their silk inclusions and "sleepy" look. If a heated Kashmir sapphire doesn't have that look, then I say you shouldn't pay more for the pedigree.How it the value of a Kashmir sapphire affected by mild heating? Any thoughts?
