So the SO and I haven''t been able to spend much time together due to work schedules and other conflicts (we live together so I basically see him when he gets home which is late, and kiss him goodbye in the morning when I leave for work). So we decided to try and take some time together every morning to get healthy. When we started going out I was in great shape and so was he (he did MMA and Jui jitsu) but after going out to eat alot and not making time for the gym we really let ourseves go, so we decided to get in shape together. A rousing workout in the morning before I go to work which I think would be fun and good for both of us. I researched some DVDs online cause going to the gym doesn''t fit in our schedules and found one that had really good results and was only 20 minutes a day. I got Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shed, (or something) and HOLY COW! we did the first one, the easiest one and we were both wiped! It literally kicked our butts! I wanted to know if any of you ladies have tried it or any other good dvds cause i think it would be fun to mix it up!
I''m excited to do this cause I think the proposal is coming soon (the next few months) and I want to be able to spend time with him, and get healthy and look good and all that jazz!
