I was wondering if any of you ladies have a knife-edge e-ring paired with a plain comfort-fit or half-round wedding ring. My FI bought me a ring with a platinum knife-edge band, which I wouldn''t have chosen but would never reset because I''m too sentimental. But I definitely don''t want the matching wedding band, I''ve always wanted a plain platinum band (I think someone on another thread called it a "seriously married" ring

). I''m not at all a matchy-matchy person, but I also don''t like things that obviously clash.

I know I''ll need to go try some one to be sure, but if anyone has photos of a knife-edge ring paired with a regular ring, would you mind posting so I can get some idea? Thanks so much!!

If it''s any help, (and I''m sorry i don''t have pictures!) my boss has a 3-stone bezel set e-ring with a knife edge. She wears it with a 2.5mm high dome comfort fit wedding ring. It looks terrific in my opinion, and the rings are the same width as each other, so they go together well but aren''t ''matchy matchy''. Plus the wedding ring looks great on its own!

Octavia, I shouldn''t be, nonetheless, I''m always amazed at how well certain pieces work together.....pieces that, in my imagination, I didn''t think WOULD look good, but, in fact, look GREAT!

Meaning, if you can try some bands that you love with your e-ring, your eyes and heart will tell you all you need to know about which one(s) to choose. Matching is greatl but mixing can look so artistic and creative and just as beautiful.
