Please don’t be offended but if someone can but brand new for $1000, why would they buy used? I’m genuinely curious because if it were me, I would price it less but maybe I’m wrong.

Just noting that in the lab diamond forum, people have expressed frustration in trying to purchase this exact piece because it’s always sold out very quickly. There are even a handful of members who have considered poaching it to make an affordable 1 carat e-ring. I’m even tempted myself to buy this but I don’t have a use for it. It’s possible OP could get a full refund from Lightbox by returning but is posting it in case it would help someone out.

Yes, this particular size is almost always sold out and if it comes online it is gone in seconds. A lot of people use this size to make engagement rings out of it.
DeBeers has only 30 day return period.

I am curious to see if Lightbox will come out with bigger carat stones. They said they would and I am sure they are also gone very fast.

For a faster sale I would knock off 50 to 100$. But I am sure it will sell as is if OP waits a little.
