Hello,

Does Litnon communicate with non vendors? Just curious as I have asked about a sapphire a couple of times and have never gotten a response.

Yes, they sell to non vendors. But sometimes they are slow to reply or miss emails. Maybe try emailing directly rather than asking via rude website?

Generally speaking, you're usually better off using the Contact Us form on a US vendor's website since ordinary emails -- especially those from email servers outside the US or freebie services like YahooMail -- are more likely to land in a vendor's Junk/Spam box, which the vendor may not often look at, especially when they have a Contact Us feature.

I recently bought a moonstone from Litnon. I emailed them re when to expect my purchase and never heard back. I did receive my moonstone in good condition and in a not unreasonable time frame
