LONG Overdue Wedding Thread

Sorry for the long delay ladies, but here are some photos from my first wedding reception (the second one is in December)

I am remaining anonymous so these photos were chosen accordingly.

All good threads should start with one thing: SHOES!

I had two pairs (I had an outfit change)

First up, some blue butterfly heels from Aruna Seth. They were quite comfortable, despite the heel.

The other pair were golden Miu Miu....

I left a trail of glitter in my wake....

Needless to say, i have hundreds of photos but I'm sure you've all had enough by now.

Well it's about darn time, missy!

Aside from that, you have pretty much rendered me speechless, rosetta. Everything (including and especially the bride!) was stunning. I am dying for one of those teeny little spherical cakes with the loops of royal icing...just to DIE for! I'm sure everything was quite tasty, too!

YAY! I'm so happy to see your pics at last! The cake and the peony's and the teasing shots of the dresses! My favorite is the pics of both your shoes on the stairs! Can you post a few of you in each dress so we can see -- if you want to blank out your face I totally understand, but I'd love to see full on shots of you in those gorgeous dresses!

Your comments are so lovely, we worked hard on this wedding and it all paid off

I wish I could post photos of all our smiling guests and my husband tearing up at the alter, it's all those little things that make a wedding something special

Rosetta, everything is sooooo verrry beautiful! What a lovely day. Everything looks fabulous! Did you do it all yourself, or did you have a wedding planner? I love love love the flowers. I always think it is the flowers that really add that special touch. It is the one thing I wouldn't skimp on, although I know a lot of brides on a budget do. The cake: stunning! Please tell me about the little round cakes all around. Did you cut them and serve them to guest?

I love your blue shoes and the sparklie golden ones. You look gorgeous, I just wish we could see more pics of you in your lovely outfits, but

Edit: I just noticed the flowers down the stair-omg I wish I could have seen that in person-wow!
