I’m far from expert in this area but there are lots of sizing guides online, I think it’s more about whether you can get it over your knuckles! There are all sorts of tricks to get them on, however.
eg https://jadestore.com/pages/bangle-sizing-guide
I don’t know anything about jade bangles specifically, but Indian bangles are also round and slipped on the wrist instead of opened with a clasp; so if I use that as a guide, imo 6.75” is too small. My wrist is about 6” and I usually wear 7”. Hope that helps!
If you need ways to slide on a (sturdy - I’ve only tried this with metal) bracelet that’s slightly too small, usually the thing that sticks is your thumb’s lower knuckle. If you use your other hand to push your thumb further into your palm and clear that part of your wrist first, you’ll find it easier to wriggle the bracelet on. Also, wearing pantyhose on your hand helps (easier to slide the bracelet on when there’s no friction of the skin).
The inside diameter of my jade bangle is 59mm. Jade bangle sizes are usually described by the diameter in millimeters.
It fits great and I never take it off, but I can do so easily if I need to. My wrist measures exactly 6" around ( 152mm) right on the bone, using a measuring tape.
I used to have a 57mm bangle, but it was kind of hard to put on and remove.
But of course, this is just my experience, everyone's hand/wrist is different.

Other considerations include the width of the bangle, it's shape (rounded or flat interior) and your own tolerance for how much work you want to take in getting it off...the one I have that is the best fit, never gets worn because for me it's too much work
